All bookings include 1 birth partner at no additional cost. Please note this term has no class June 25th. From stages of labour to soothing colic, this really is the most comprehensive antenatal course around. The education you will receive on this course is up to date, wide ranging and delivered by a FEDANT accredited teacher. Over this 5 week traditional antenatal course you & your birth partner will learn: Stages of labour, and how to manage each one Hormones and their role in labour and birth Breathing and partner techniques for labour Pain relief methods Understanding the induction process, intervention and decision making. Baby feeding (breast and bottle feeding) Practical newborn care Beyond birth with the fourth trimester, colic and reflux. No role play, no judgement and no frills, real, raw, honest and unbiased education.

Cancellation Policy

We do not offer refunds, rescheduling or transferring of places to others, in the event that you are unable to attend all/part of the course. Should the instructor be required to reschedule a replacement class will be offered. Our covid guarantee offers a full refund should your course not be able to ahead face to face as per your booking. Online classes remain unaffected.
