A unique blend of pregnancy yoga, hypnobirthing & antenatal chat. 'Mother wit, the natural ability to cope with everyday matters' In this 90 minute class we start with a pregnancy yoga style routine specifically designed to help you cope with the physical changes of pregnancy with no previous experience needed. Once we have stretched out those pregnancy aches, you will take time to bond with your growing baby and relax through a relaxation segment using hypnobirthing scripts. Each week we will use the same piece of music to anchor sensations of calm confidence, reframing your thoughts towards birth and preparing for a positive birth experience whatever form it may take. Now you are feeling relaxed and empowered we will we will cover the basics of a different antenatal topic each week, including practising birth breathing, ensuring you are informed and prepared ahead of your birth, as well as an opportunity to ask questions from an experienced, accredited antenatal teacher. We finish up with drinks, treats and plenty of moaning about the less than glamorous side of pregnancy! With a group chat always pinging outside of class this is the group to find your mum friends ahead of those caffeine fuelled newborn play dates! Suitable from 12 weeks gestation to birth whether you're a first time parent or a well practised one!
We do not offer refunds, rescheduling or transferring of places to others, in the event that you are unable to attend all/part of the course.
